First of all, the location of this hotel is unbeatable. Situated directly on the beautiful white sands of the lower gulf coast, it offers stunning views right from your room. The private balconies on the lower level provide a perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. Additionally, the hotel offers easy access to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sun, sand, and crystal-clear water just steps away.

All was satisfactory.

The hotel is right on the beach. I loved that aspect of the trip.

The rooms were outdated. We got a kids suite and there was rust all over the bathroom floors and mildew/mold on the side of the bunk beds. The curtains in the room were also very dirty. There appeared to be old blood or perhaps chocolate on the drapes.

Breakfast buffet was not included in the rates I feel if we are paying as much as $25/day for renting the chairs and umbrellas we should be able to use them until later than 5pm especially when it gets darker later

Great location and friendly staff. the hotel offered free daily activities, perfect for families with younger children. the beach was just a few steps away, making it convenient for beachgoers. the room had a DVD player with free DVD rentals and a spacious and clean bathroom.

The hotel showed its age and could use some updating. the indoor pool was small and located in the middle of the restaurant, making it feel awkward to swim.

The room was small and crowded for even 2 people. The room was not as clean as I expected for the price. There was old dirt/sand in the corners of the doorways. The toilet paper and tissue were of very cheap quality.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The view of the beautiful beach and ocean from my room was breathtaking. The location was perfect, with shopping and dining options right across the street. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Absolutely nothing.

This hotel is located directly on the white sands of Destin, offering excellent access to the beach. The rooms on the 8th and 9th floors have comfortable beds and big private balconies, providing a great view of the ocean. Additionally, the breakfast on the water is a wonderful way to start the day.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were great.

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and we were happy with a few things. the location was great, right on the beach. the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. they had a nice restaurant on-site that served delicious food.

the rooms were not very clean and could use some updating. the hotel did not have any Christmas decorations or festivities, which was a letdown for the holiday season.
